At Imagine Sewing & Vacuum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home equipment and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your creative needs, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your machine or vacuum in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective foam inserts.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
